Loved the centrally located swimming pool in the Karoo's scorching heat. The old buildings, furrows, and pear trees on the main street added character. The guest house offered room service and free WiFi throughout.
Oh, I just adored waiting for the shower to heat up and being served food I specifically said I didn't eat. Delightful!

The property is large with a beautiful garden and a large pool, perfect for party people like us. The breakfast, for an additional cost, was inexpensive but delicious, with fresh fruits and a variety of egg options. The breakfast and dining room were comfortable and nicely decorated. Decided to spend New Year's Eve at a guest house and I have to say, it was worth it. The staff was really welcoming and accommodating. They really made us feel at home. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too and there was even a fireplace which added to the cozy feeling. The guest house was located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. there was a lovely outdoor area where we could sit and enjoy some fresh air.
The food was a letdown. There was only one meal option and it wasn't that great.
